What are you most proud of in your life?

For me, I’m genuinely proud of myself for overcoming anxiety enough to take a leap and create something meaningful out of my journey. Starting my blog and writing my book wasn’t easy—it took a lot of courage and healing to finally say, “Maybe my pain can help someone else feel less alone.” 💛

Every time someone reads a post, downloads a printable, or says “this helped,” it reminds me that choosing to share my story was worth it.
