I don’t spend much time in the chaotic corners of the internet — I gravitate toward places that help me breathe a little deeper and feel supported.

Here are a few calming websites I truly like:

🌙 Calm.com — peaceful sounds and grounding meditations that help me pause

🌸 Pinterest — especially soft quote boards and nature images… they always slow my mind down
