Before bed, I try to think of three small things that grounded me today.
Not the big accomplishments — the simple things that kept me steady.
A warm blanket.
A kind word.
The quiet sound of rain.

It’s easy to fall asleep replaying everything that went wrong.
But when you pause to name what helped you stay grounded, your mind relaxes and your heart softens.
You remember that even on the hardest days, calm moments still existed.

Tonight, write your three in a notebook, whisper them in prayer, or share one here.
Notice how your breath deepens when you focus on peace instead of pressure.

💛 Gratitude isn’t about pretending everything’s okay — it’s about remembering that some things already are.
