Some days, even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming.
A text message.
Washing dishes.
Getting dressed.
Making a phone call.
It’s not because you’re lazy.
It’s not because you’re unmotivated.
It’s because your nervous system is tired — truly tired — from working overtime.
Anxiety drains mental and physical energy in a way most people never see.
So if small tasks feel big today, you’re not failing… you’re coping.
Be gentle with yourself.
Do what you can.
And celebrate every step, even the tiny ones.

Oh my! I definitely have felt this!
Me too! All the time!
this has been weird for me..I hate supplements amd my MD knows if he prescribes something for me, I may just not take what he’s prescribes….but, a while ago I added a BComplex, Omega 3, Magnesium and vitamin D to my morning routine..and suddenly I seem to have more positive energy, and instead of thinking I should, now I just do…not sure if that’s shifted my thought process to more positive energy but it has?
Wow! That’s really interesting! our bodies are so sensitive to even small changes. I love that adding those supplements gave you a noticeable shift in energy and mindset. Sometimes those tiny adjustments end up creating the biggest ripple effects.
It’s amazing what a difference it makes when you start the day feeling supported instead of drained!
