There was a point in my life when pretending became my survival skill.
Smiling when I was overwhelmed.
Laughing when I felt like crying.
Acting calm even when my chest felt like it was full of fire.

But there was one night when the pretending just… broke.

I remember sitting on the edge of my bed, feeling like I was barely holding the pieces of myself together.
My heart was racing for no reason.
My thoughts wouldn’t slow down.
My whole body felt like it was buzzing with fear.
And all I could think was:

“I can’t keep living like this. I can’t keep pretending I’m fine.”

I didn’t have a panic attack — not the dramatic kind people imagine.
It wasn’t a movie scene.
It was quiet.
Silent.
Internal.
But it was one of the scariest moments of my life.

And for the first time, I let myself admit it out loud:

“I’m not okay.”

Those three words were the beginning of change.

Not because everything magically healed — it didn’t.
But because I finally stopped carrying it alone.
I stopped pretending my anxiety wasn’t real.
I stopped minimizing what my body was going through.
And I started learning how to understand myself instead of fighting myself.

That night was the moment I promised myself I would figure out how anxiety actually works —
why the body feels out of control,
why the mind races,
why fear hits out of nowhere,
why calm feels impossible.

That promise became the foundation of the course I eventually created.

If you’ve ever had a night like that — a quiet breaking point where you realized you can’t keep pretending — this course was built for you.
