I’m most happy in the quiet moments — the ones that don’t look impressive from the outside.
Early mornings before the world gets loud.
When my nervous system finally feels safe enough to exhale.
When anxiety loosens its grip, even just a little, and I remember what calm feels like again.
Happiness, for me, isn’t constant excitement. It’s peace.
It’s feeling grounded in my body.
It’s realizing that today, right now, I’m okay.
After living with anxiety and panic for many years, I’ve learned something important: happiness doesn’t always arrive all at once. Sometimes it shows up gently — through understanding, support, and learning how to cope instead of fight.
I share more about how this journey began — and why calm became my goal — in the book that started it all.
That’s also why I created something for people who are still searching for those quieter, steadier moments.

I too like the quiet moments but I’m really not sure if those are my happiest ones…
I just am happiest when my brain is the quietest lol
I can relate so much. Those quiet, calm moments feel like little pockets of peace in the middle of everything. It’s amazing how much they can restore you, even if just a bit.
It’s definitely true! It’s nice to have just a little peace within our minds 😊
