One of the hardest parts of living with anxiety isn’t the symptoms.
It’s the loneliness.
Feeling like everyone else is coping better.
Feeling like you’re the only one who thinks this way.
Feeling like you have to hold it all together on your own.
For a long time, I believed anxiety was something I had to manage privately.
But healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens when we feel understood.
Why I Created the Helping You Cope Discord Community
I created the Helping You Cope Discord community for people who:
- live with anxiety and feel alone in it
- want support without judgment or pressure
- need a safe space to talk, read, or just exist
- aren’t looking for toxic positivity or quick fixes
This isn’t a place where you have to share if you don’t want to.
You can:
- read messages quietly
- check in when you’re struggling
- connect with others who get it
Sometimes knowing you’re not alone is the most calming thing.
A Safe Space, At Your Pace
There’s no pressure to be active.
No expectation to be “better.”
No requirement to explain yourself.
Just support, understanding, and shared experience.

Question for you:
Would having a safe space like this make anxiety feel a little less heavy?
