Daily writing prompt
What could you do differently?

What could you do differently?

What if the thing to do differently today isn’t about effort at all?

What if it’s about noticing —

the moment your body tightens,

the habit of rushing,

the way you speak to yourself when no one else is listening.

Maybe doing things differently looks like questioning the rules you’ve been living by.

Who decided you have to push this hard?

Who taught you that rest needs to be earned?

Who benefits when you ignore your own limits?

Change doesn’t always arrive as a big decision.

Sometimes it shows up as a pause.

A softer response.

A choice to stop abandoning yourself in small ways.

If nothing else changes today, let this be different:

how gently you treat yourself 💚

✨ Affirmation:

“I am allowed to move through today at my own pace, without proving anything to anyone.”
