Daily writing prompt
Can you share a positive example of where you’ve felt loved?

One place I’ve felt genuinely loved is through my blog and the community that’s grown around it.

When I first started writing, it was just me sharing my experiences with anxiety — honestly, quietly, and without knowing if anyone would ever read or relate. But over time, comments started coming in. Messages from people saying, “I thought I was the only one,” or “This helped me feel less alone today.”

That kind of support is powerful.

It’s not loud or flashy — it’s gentle, steady, and deeply meaningful.

Creating my course grew out of that same space. It wasn’t about having all the answers, but about walking alongside others who are learning how to cope, one step at a time. Knowing that something I created can bring comfort, clarity, or even just a moment of calm to someone else has been one of the most grounding forms of love I’ve ever experienced.

If someone reading this is looking for more structured support, my self-paced anxiety recovery course was created from that same place of understanding and care — no pressure, just an option for those who feel ready 🌿

      1. I don’t doubt the silence one bit honestly. Even for me it was hard to speak up. Thank you for that though. You help me stay out of my own head too and I really appreciate you ❤️

  1. There is something deeply Christlike about sharing your story and finding love in quiet places where people feel seen and less alone. God uses honesty like this to comfort hearts, including our own.
