  • Tidy up the main areas
  • Wipe down the kitchen

It’s not about perfection—it’s about feeling better in my space.

✔️ 2. Prep for the week

Then I do a quick reset for the week ahead:

  • Plan a few meals
  • Make a grocery list
  • Check what I already have

Even doing a little bit of this makes the week feel easier.

✔️ 3. Reset my mind

This is the part that changed everything for me.

I take a few minutes to:

  • Write out my top 3 priorities
  • Get everything out of my head
  • Set a simple intention for the week

It helps me go into Monday feeling calmer instead of overwhelmed.

✔️ 4. Life admin stuff

Then I quickly:

  • Check my calendar
  • Plan outfits
  • Set reminders

Nothing fancy—just getting organized enough to feel ready.
