Some weeks feel completely overwhelming.
Like no matter how hard you try, you’re already behind before Monday even starts.
I used to go into every week like that—scattered, stressed, and trying to catch up on everything all at once.
It felt exhausting.
💭 What I changed
At some point, I realized I didn’t need a perfect routine…
I just needed a reset.
Something simple that helped me:
- Clear my space
- Organize my week
- Calm my mind
So I started doing a small Sunday reset.
Nothing complicated. Nothing time-consuming.
Just enough to help me feel a little more in control before the week started.
🧺 My simple Sunday reset routine
This is what I do most Sundays:
✔️ 1. Quick home reset
I don’t deep clean.
I just:
- Throw in a load of laundry
- Tidy up the main areas
- Wipe down the kitchen
It’s not about perfection—it’s about feeling better in my space.
✔️ 2. Prep for the week
Then I do a quick reset for the week ahead:
- Plan a few meals
- Make a grocery list
- Check what I already have
Even doing a little bit of this makes the week feel easier.
✔️ 3. Reset my mind
This is the part that changed everything for me.
I take a few minutes to:
- Write out my top 3 priorities
- Get everything out of my head
- Set a simple intention for the week
It helps me go into Monday feeling calmer instead of overwhelmed.
✔️ 4. Life admin stuff
Then I quickly:
- Check my calendar
- Plan outfits
- Set reminders
Nothing fancy—just getting organized enough to feel ready.
💡 Why this actually works
This isn’t about doing everything.
It’s about doing just enough so your week doesn’t feel like chaos.
Even a small reset can:
- Reduce stress
- Help you feel more in control
- Make your week feel lighter
🔥 If you want to make this easier…
I ended up turning this into a simple checklist so I didn’t have to think about it every week.
It’s a 3-page Sunday Reset System you can print and reuse anytime.

🌿 Final thoughts
You don’t need a perfect routine.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
