Daily writing prompt
What makes you nervous?

Not in the obvious, dramatic way people think.
It’s quieter than that.

It’s:

  • Speaking up when something bothers me
  • Wondering if I’m doing enough
  • Hitting “post” and not knowing how it will land
  • Trying something new and risking failure

And lately?
Building something that actually matters to me… has been one of the biggest ones.

Because when you care deeply, there’s more on the line.

But here’s what I’ve learned after living with anxiety for years:

👉 Avoiding what makes you nervous doesn’t make it go away
👉 It just makes your world smaller

So I’ve been doing the opposite.

Little by little, I’ve been leaning into it.

That’s actually why I created my checklists.

Not because I have it all figured out—but because I don’t… and I needed something simple to help me through those moments when anxiety spikes and everything feels overwhelming.

Things like:

  • Grounding yourself quickly
  • Resetting your space when your mind feels chaotic
  • Having a go-to plan when anxiety hits out of nowhere

If you’re feeling that same kind of nervous energy lately, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to just “push through” it.

I put together a few simple tools that have genuinely helped me in real-life moments:

👉 Calm Me Right Now
👉 Clean Your House in 1 Hour
👉 Sunday Reset

You can check them out here

Even if you don’t grab anything—just know this:

Feeling nervous doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It usually means you’re stepping into something that matters.
