At the end of each day, I like to pause and ask one question:
What made me breathe easier today?
Sometimes it’s big — finishing something I’d been avoiding.
Other times, it’s small — sitting quietly with tea, or hearing my favorite song by surprise.
Those moments matter more than we think.
They’re the proof that calm still exists, even in anxious seasons.
When we stop to notice them, we give our minds a reason to rest and our bodies permission to soften.
I used to think the only “good” days were the ones without anxiety.
But now I know better. The best days are the ones where I find even one reason to exhale.
💛 Peace doesn’t erase the hard moments — it threads through them quietly.
If you’d like a tool to capture these little wins, my free workbook includes a simple daily reflection page to help you end each day with gratitude and calm.
