People often ask how I stay calm enough to write about anxiety every day — and the honest answer is, I don’t always.
I write through the anxiety, not after it’s gone.

There are mornings I sit at my desk with a racing heart and shaky hands.
But I’ve learned to treat writing like breathing — it’s not about perfection, it’s about release.

Here’s what my process really looks like:
I pour a cup of tea, open a blank page, and ask myself one question:

“What would I have needed to hear on my hardest day?”

That question guides every post. It turns my fear into fuel and my pain into purpose.

I don’t write from a place of having it all figured out.
I write from a place of remembering — the panic, the doubt, the small victories that once felt impossible.
Each word helps me find calm again, and my hope is that it helps you find yours, too.

💛 We don’t have to be healed to help — we just have to be honest.
