Daily writing prompt
Do you need time?

Absolutely — yes.

And I think so many of us do.

Time to breathe.

Time to let the heaviness settle.

Time to not have to be “strong” or “productive” or “okay” right this second.

I’ve learned something over the years — healing doesn’t follow a schedule.

Anxiety doesn’t disappear on command.

Confidence doesn’t grow because a calendar flipped to a new month.

Sometimes progress is taking time.

Some days the most “productive” thing you can do is sit quietly and let yourself exist without pressure.

If you need time — take it.

You don’t have to rush your calm.

💛
