When I look back at the past year, it honestly makes me emotional.
For so long, anxiety controlled every corner of my life. But this past year?
It felt like the beginning of something calmer, stronger, and more hopeful.
Here are the most meaningful positive things that happened:
💚 I found my voice and started sharing it
Creating my blog, Helping You Cope, has been one of the biggest positive steps in my journey. It’s given me a space to talk openly about anxiety and build a community of people who truly understand.

📘 I published a book I never thought I’d be brave enough to write
Calm & Confident came straight from 20 years of learning to live with severe anxiety and panic disorder.
Hearing that it’s helping people means everything to me.

✨ I started building my anxiety recovery course
This is the part that lights me up the most.
I’m creating a complete course to help people understand anxiety, manage it, and move toward a calmer, more confident life.
It’s coming very soon, and I can’t wait to share it. Stay tuned through my blog:

🌱 I grew in ways I never expected
I learned to trust myself.
I learned to slow down.
I learned that my story can help others — and that’s a beautiful feeling.
🌼 And I’m grateful
Grateful for every subscriber, every comment, every moment of courage that pushed me forward.
This year wasn’t perfect, but it was full of growth — and growth is incredibly positive.
