What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Honestly? My favorite “physical activity” is the kind that doesn’t require me to pretend I’m suddenly an Olympic athlete. 😂

A good, steady walk is my go-to — the kind where I’m just wandering, overthinking my entire life, and then remembering, “Hey… this actually feels kind of nice.” Fresh air + moving my legs = instant reset. Sometimes I even feel like the main character. ✨

After that, my next favorite “exercise” is stretching — which, in my world, looks less like yoga and more like “let me reach for my toes and hope nothing snaps.” I bend down, hear three mysterious cracks, and suddenly feel both 10 years older and 10% calmer. It’s a gamble every time. 😂

I also firmly believe that cleaning should count as a full workout. If I’m lifting laundry baskets, speed-walking around the house, or scrubbing something like I’m trying to erase the existence of anxiety itself — that’s cardio. And I want credit. 💪🤣

And honestly, sometimes my most effective physical activity is simply… existing. Standing up from the couch? That’s a squat. Carrying groceries inside in one trip? That’s strength training. Accidentally jogging because I forgot something in the car and it’s cold outside? That’s sprinting. Olympic-level sprinting, actually.

Movement doesn’t have to be intense. Sometimes the “barely trying” activities are the ones that make me laugh, breathe, and calm down the most. 🌿💛
