I don’t think people realize how much strength it takes to simply get through the day when you live with anxiety.

Getting out of bed can be strength.
Answering a message can be strength.
Stepping outside, showing up to work, talking to someone, eating enough, taking a shower — strength.
And even choosing to rest when your mind is racing… that’s strength too.

🌙 There’s a part of this topic I dive into more deeply in my paid posts — the honest stuff I don’t always talk about publicly.

Anxiety doesn’t just create fear.
It creates pressure.
It creates overwhelm.
It creates a constant inner battle that no one else can see.

If this resonates with you, you might also find comfort in another piece I wrote —

And yet, here you are.
Still trying.
Still showing up.
Still hoping for better days even when your mind tells you otherwise.

That is strength most people will never fully understand.

So tonight, I want to remind you of something important:

You are doing better than you think.
You are carrying more than people realize.
And even if today felt heavy, you’re allowed to feel proud of yourself for simply making it through.

And if you need something gentle to end your night with, you may like
