Some days, survival alone is an achievement — one most people will never see, but you feel deeply.

Tonight, before you collapse into bed, give yourself a moment of real compassion.
Place a hand on your chest.
Take a slow breath in.
Let your shoulders soften with the exhale.
Notice how tightly you’ve been holding everything together.

You made it. And that matters.
