I hope people say that I made them feel less alone in their hardest moments — that something I wrote helped them breathe a little deeper, feel a little braver, or get through a night they didn’t think they could handle.
I hope people say that my words made healing feel possible again. That even on the days when I was struggling, I still created a space where someone else could feel understood.
Because truthfully? I know exactly what it’s like to live with anxiety for years and feel like no one really “gets it.”
And that’s why I show up every day — so no one has to carry it alone.
If you want to know more about why this work means so much to me, you can read one of the most important things I’ve ever written:

I often say out loud and to myself that I’m not concerned about what others think of me but deep inside I can’t ignore the thought that in the end, I do care more than I let myself to know!
I feel this so much!
We try to convince ourselves we don’t worry about others’ opinions, but caring is such a natural part of being human. What matters most is not losing yourself in the process
I agree! Thanks!
