For a long time, I feared the panic more than anything else.
Then I learned what was actually happening.

That’s why it feels so urgent.
So physical.
So overwhelming.
But panic attacks are not medical emergencies.
They are surges of adrenaline.
Learning this didn’t make panic disappear overnight — but it stopped panic from controlling my life.
