What are my biggest challenges?
One of my biggest challenges is living with anxiety while still showing up every single day — for myself, for my work, and for the people who quietly rely on what I share. Anxiety has a way of making even small things feel heavy, and some days the challenge isn’t doing more, it’s simply not giving up.
Another ongoing challenge is learning how to slow down in a world that constantly pushes urgency. My nervous system doesn’t thrive on rushing, pressure, or “hustle harder” advice. Finding calm, grounded ways to grow — without burning myself out — has taken time, patience, and a lot of self-compassion.
There’s also the emotional challenge of helping others while managing my own mental health. I care deeply about creating safe, gentle spaces for people who are struggling, but that means I have to be honest about my limits too. I’ve learned that strength doesn’t come from pretending I’m fine — it comes from building systems that support me when I’m not.
One thing that’s helped me navigate these challenges is creating structured, self-paced tools that guide people step by step, instead of leaving them to figure everything out alone. If you’re looking for calm, practical support that walks you through understanding anxiety, calming your nervous system, and rebuilding confidence at your own pace, you can explore my anxiety recovery course here whenever it feels right for you.

I also face the challenge of keeping this space accessible and supportive while covering the real costs of running it. Writing, hosting resources, and showing up consistently takes time and energy — and every bit of support helps keep this work going. If this space has helped you feel a little less alone, you can support it with a small donation here.

My biggest challenge used to be thinking I had to face everything alone. Now, I know better. Growth doesn’t have to be loud. Healing doesn’t have to be rushed. And support can be gentle, steady, and human — one calm step at a time.
