What Are Your Biggest Challenges?
Some mornings, the hardest part of the day isn’t getting out of bed.
It’s waking up already feeling behind.
Already tired.
Already carrying things no one else can see.
For me, one of my biggest challenges has been anxiety.
Not just the panic moments—but the constant management of it.
The planning ahead.
The scanning for danger.
The mental effort it takes just to feel steady.
Another challenge has been emotional exhaustion.
Showing up for others while quietly running on empty.
Being “fine” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside.
And then there’s the challenge of letting go.
Letting go of guilt.
Letting go of expectations.
Letting go of the idea that I should be coping better than I am.
Some days, my biggest challenge is motivation.
Other days, it’s self-compassion.
What I’ve learned over time is this:
Having challenges doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’re human.
If anxiety is one of your biggest challenges too, you’re not alone. I’ve shared more about what it’s really like to live with anxiety long-term in this post:

Some days, simply naming what feels heavy is enough.
So if you’re reading this this morning, maybe pause for a moment and ask yourself gently:
What feels hard right now?
And what would support look like today—just a little?
If you need something grounding to start your day, I’ve created a free workbook with simple exercises to help calm the nervous system and slow racing thoughts.
👉 You can explore the free anxiety workbook here whenever it feels right
And if you’re looking for more structured, step-by-step support, I also created a self-paced anxiety recovery course that gently walks through understanding anxiety, calming the body, and rebuilding confidence over time.

No pressure.
No rushing.
You don’t have to overcome everything today.
Just being here counts.
