My dream job is turning my blog into a full-time way of helping others… while healing myself at the same time.
For a long time, anxiety made everything feel small. Even thinking about the future felt scary, because I was just focused on getting through the day without panicking or burning out. I didn’t really have “dreams” back then — I had survival goals.
But something changed when I started writing.
This little space became a place where I could be honest about anxiety, overwhelm, and the quiet moments in between — and where other people started saying, “Me too.” That connection is what made me realize what I really want to do.
I want to wake up every day knowing that my work is helping someone feel a little less alone.
I want to create words, tools, and gentle support that remind people they’re not broken — they’re human.
And I want to build something meaningful while continuing my own healing, not in spite of it.
If anxiety has ever made you feel stuck or small, you might relate to this post about what it’s really like to live with anxiety for years.
Helping You Cope isn’t just a blog to me — it’s my dream job in the making. 🌿
