Honestly… I wouldn’t start with fixing the outside.
I’d start with how people feel inside it.
Because most communities don’t struggle from lack of resources…
They struggle from lack of understanding.
If I could improve my community, I would:
✨ Make mental health conversations normal, not hidden
✨ Create safe spaces where people can say “I’m not okay” without judgment
✨ Teach people what anxiety actually feels like (not just what it looks like)
✨ Encourage support over comparison
✨ Remind people they’re not alone — even on their worst days
Because the truth is…
There are so many people silently struggling right now.
Smiling. Showing up. Pretending they’re fine.
And they don’t need more pressure…
They need more compassion.
If we could build a community where people felt safe to be real,
I truly believe everything else would start to heal too 🤍

I created something small but powerful to help in those overwhelming moments.

Yes I agree! If we only work on the “outside” then we will never feel satisfied “inside” where most of the potential positivity is! Thanks!
