At first, this prompt made me laugh.
A crazy business idea? In this economy? 😅
But the more I thought about it, the more I realized… some of the best ideas probably start out sounding a little ridiculous.
So here’s mine.
🌿 The “Calm Concierge”
A business where you don’t buy things — you buy relief.
The Calm Concierge would help overwhelmed people with the stuff that quietly fuels anxiety every single day.
Not therapy.
Not productivity hacks.
Just gentle support.
You’d sign up and say something like:
“I’m exhausted, anxious, and my brain feels too full.”
And instead of being told to “push through,” someone would help you slow things down.
They could:
- Help break overwhelming tasks into calm, manageable steps
- Gently organize schedules without pressure
- Create simple routines for anxious mornings
- Remind people to eat, rest, and breathe
- Help with life admin when everything feels like too much
No shame.
No urgency.
No “hustle culture.”
Just support.
Why this would actually help people
Anxiety isn’t always about fear.
A lot of the time, it’s about mental overload.
Too many decisions.
Too many expectations.
Too many “I should be able to handle this” thoughts.
A service like this would exist purely to say:
You don’t have to do everything alone.
As someone who has lived with anxiety for many years, I know how powerful it can be when even one thing feels lighter.
That’s often all it takes to start calming the nervous system.
If you’re already craving something calmer…
I created a self-paced anxiety recovery course for people who want gentle structure, understanding, and practical tools — without pressure.
If that sounds supportive, you can explore it here whenever you’re ready:
👉 Calm & Confident: Anxiety Recovery Course
It’s designed to help you understand anxiety, calm your body, and rebuild confidence step by step — in a way that actually feels doable.
The truth is…
What the world really needs isn’t more “success stories.”
It needs more permission to slow down.
More compassion.
More softness.
More ideas that put mental health before productivity.
If I ever launched the Calm Concierge, it wouldn’t be to scale fast.
It would be to help people breathe again.
If anxiety has ever made life feel heavier than it needs to be, you might also relate to this post I wrote about living with it long-term:

Your turn 💬
What “crazy” business idea do you think the world actually needs right now?
Something practical?
Something comforting?
Something completely unexpected?
I’d love to hear it.

No pressure — just appreciation.
